Utilizing itms, RealEasi manages, processes, oversees, coordinates, interacts with, and controls all aspects of the residential real estate transaction. itms provides the functionality, workflow management, connectivity, and customer experience needed to support the mission of RealEasi. There is no integrated transaction management system and business model within the residential real estate industry today capable of providing the value, efficiency, transparency, processing, service and support that RealEasi is capable of delivering with its seasoned and dedicated staff of professionals utilizing itms.

RealEasi, through RealEasi Services and EasiTitle, offers a wide array of settlement services including home appraisals, flood zone determinations, survey reports, title insurance, closing services, home, pest, mold and other inspection services. These are made available for consumers, real estate professionals and financial institutions nationwide.

Your Loan Management Center allows you to interact and view the real time progression of your mortgage loan and all associated, integrated settlement services, from application to closing. You can access all of the documents associated with your mortgage loan and settlement services online. You will always be informed, and your Personal Assistant will always be available to support you and answer any questions you may have.
Step 1: Research Your Loan

Step 2: iApply For Your Mortgage Loan
Our streamlined, comprehensive and straightforward loan application takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete, then our automated underwriting system provides a loan pre-approval decision in minutes! Our pre-approval is a true decision based upon a review of your credit report and information on your application. Naturally, this is subject to validation and verification of the information you provided, as well as the satisfaction or completion of all stipulations and other requirements necessary, once you lock your rate, to receive a final loan commitment. You can instantly view and print your personalized pre-approval letter directly from your Loan Management Center.
Once you receive your Pre-Approval, you can immediately log onto your Loan Management Center and begin managing your entire transaction online.
Step 3: Manage Your Loan
At this stage you will be introduced to your secure Loan Management Center. Using the Loan Management Center, you can manage and monitor the progress of your loan online, in real time, 24/7/365. You can instantly view and print your personalized pre-approval letter. Loan requirements and conditions, as well as the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of your closing costs and all required disclosures, are posted for your review in the Loan Management Center.
If you haven't already selected a home, you can print out a customized pre-approval letter from the Loan Management Center to help you shop and negotiate your deal. Once you have found your home, return to the Loan Management Center to enter the address and continue with your loan.
Instead of having to find your own providers to perform the necessary settlement services, we make them available through RealEasi Services and EasiTitle. You can order your settlement services and monitor your entire transaction online. By ordering your services through RealEasi Services and EasiTitle, you can view every report, fax, or email online, while our automated transaction management system, itms, keeps your loan organized and on schedule.
Once you have selected a property and ordered your settlement services, you can view your loan requirements and start uploading the documentation requested right through the Loan Management Center. Then sit back and let us take you effortlessly to closing.
Step 4: Track Your Progress
While you gather and upload the documentation needed for your loan, we are already working to meet your preferred closing date. Your Personal Assistant monitors and keeps your transaction on schedule. itms schedules and tracks the entire loan and settlement process, while keeping you informed through the Loan Management Center. Every event is tracked and available for your online review.
All documents are automatically posted to the Loan Management Center, allowing you to view and print everything associated with your loan, 24/7/365. For example, your appraisal, reports and all inspections as they become available.
Step 5: Closing Your Mortgage Loan
Your settlement documents will be posted to your website at least 48 hours before closing. No longer will you first see your HUD-1 at the settlement table. Any questions or concerns can be addressed before your settlement. With iLendit and RealEasi, you know what you will be signing and why - again, no surprises and no hidden or undisclosed fees.
